PC business division is rather plummeted lately, especially with the presence of your two-in-one, and some other new devices. This caused some companies to restructure their companies. Not long before, Sony has alienated part of their PC, VAIO separate companies, and most recently, Fujitsu today the portion of their PC business.

Fujitsu portion of their computing to a new subsidiary named Client Computing Fujitsu Limited, and to the mobile device it is also named as Fujitsu Connected Technologies Limited. Both will be operational later in 2016.
Previously, rumors were present said Fujitsu, Toshiba, and VAIO will join forces for their PC business - thus enabling them to strengthen its position in the industry. It is not known whether Fujitsu will operate independently, and this is the first step to announce their collaboration with others.
